How Can I Reserve a jumper?

Is there a deposit required?
A: There is No deposit required. All we need to know is the date, time & location of your event as well as the bounce house theme you prefer. 50% deposit is required in orders over $200 we will collect the other 50% upon delivery cash or personal check to the driver; he will have a contract agreement for you.
Q: How do I pay for the Bounce House Rental?
A: Payment is due upon delivery to the driver it can be cash or check, please keep and mind our drivers do not carry change so please provide exact amount to the driver, “Tips are always appreciate from our drivers”.
Are your jumpers safe and clean?
A: Yes, “Santa Clara Jumpers” provides safe and clean jumpers to our clients. Our jumpers are cleaned and sanitized on a weekly base and deliver to our clients with satisfaction. This is our priority, SAFE AND CLEAN JUMPERS!
Our jumpers are always excellent cleaned prior and after to a rental; also our jumpers are lead free.
Do you deliver to my area?
A: We offer Free Delivery to the following Areas: Santa Clara, San Jose, Campbell, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Cupertino, Palo Alto, Fremont, Alviso, Saratoga, Los Altos, Los altos Hill, and East Palo Alto. If your city is not mentioned please call us for more information we might go to your city but extra fee will be added to your total.
Do you set up in parks?
A: Yes, “Santa Clara Jumpers” is great for parks but you will need to check with the individual park to make sure they allow inflatable equipment. You are responsible for any permits or fees that are needed. Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on our policy. You will need a power source. Most parks DO NOT provide electricity. You can rent one of our generators. You need to contact the park in advance to determine the requirements needed to set up. How do I know that you will show up?
A: We always call you the day before the rental is due to confirm the appointment and give you an estimate time for delivery.
What time do you deliver and pick up the jumper?
A: Reservation Length: We have two block of rental time, first is for half day Up to 4 hours rental term and the second is for 8 hours rental term (however Our jumpers are rented according the hrs that you need it) all rentals over 8 hours will be charged according to the number of hours rented. It is required to have at least a 1 ½ hour window for delivery and pickup so drivers can make deliveries on time, otherwise, delivery and pickup times are NOT GUARANTEED. Latest pickup time is at 9:00 pm on sprint and summer time, latest pickup might change on winter time since sunset early then normal and weather is unpredictable.
How far in advance do I need to reserve?
A: We recommend if you have important schedule event to reserve at least 2 or 3 weeks in advance. You can, however, call us at any time to check the availability to ensure that you will be guaranteed to get the inflatable party theme that you like.
How many children can use the jump safely?
A: Our jumpers are equipped with safe stepping platforms for children to access in and out of the unit. Most of our jumps can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 12 children (under the age of 10) at a time. Please note that the older and larger the guest(s) is/are, the risk of overcrowding and injury will be greater. SUPERVISIONS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIME!
Can I keep the jumper overnight?
A: As long as the equipment is in a safe location and during the warmer months we allow overnight rentals at an additional fee. To keep the unit overnight we need to know at time of your reservation. You are responsible for the equipment if it is stolen or damaged also sprinkles system needs to be off.
Q: Does the blower need electricity?
A: Yes, but we will provide a 100 foot extension cord. You will need a standard 110 volt outlet near where you like the jumper to be set up. If no outlet is available, we do have generators for your convenience to rent.
Q: How long does it take to set up and take down?
A: Our setup and take down usually take about 20-30 minutes by our experienced employees.

If the unit needs to be set up in a surface that is not grass please let us know we might need different type of anchors.
